monday

I’m a wee bit stabby about forgetting my work laptop at home, forcing my morning to be extra long. I was however, highly entertained by some facebook drama that I have been following this past weekend.  Let me be clear, it is about one of my facebook acquaintances, who already gets a red flag because she thinks that blogs are too personal for the internets.

How very ironic.  Please enjoy her facebook timeline statuses.  To preface, her boyfriend was out of town for a long weekend.

Thursday: _____ is leaving until Sunday night, bring on the girl time!

Thursday: He’s only been gone 2 hours- I’m starting to like this too much?

Thursday: Wine on my patio with our puppy, I can tell she misses her daddy :(

Thursday: Very weird sleeping in our big king sized bed by myself…

Friday: No _____ to wake up to, that’s a first!

Friday: I’m hoping that ____ will remember to call when he can (hint hint)

Friday: What is everyone doing tonight, I don’t have any plans, _____ is gone

Friday: He’s been gone for a almost 1.5 days, I’m starting to feel lonely

Friday: Maybe ____ should come back early :)

Friday: Bed alone tonight….

Saturday:  I don’t know how much longer I can be away from my baby!

Saturday: I loved hearing his voice on the phone..

Saturday: In a little under 10 hours, I will get my _____ back!

Sunday:  Just waiting on my man…

Sunday:  He’s 2 hours away! So close! Can’t wait!

Sunday: He will be here in about 5 minutes- yay!

Sunday: FINALLY ______ IS HOME.  I MISSED HIM SO SO SO MUCH!!

Ok, let’s PUMP THE BRAKES.  I may have been entertained by these updates online.  But also, was a little concerned for this girl?  I mean, it went total bipolar in a matter of days.  AND on THE FACEBOOK? How about not so much oversharing?  I think maybe just a nice text telling him to have fun would have sufficed.  Also, besides enjoying yourself with some me-time, could you maybe call some girlfriends? See your parents? Walk your dog?  I can only imagine the texts and voicemails she left her significant other.

Ok, that’s enough ranting on this girl.  I’m just glad that _____ got back.  Not sure that he will be leaving again anytime soon.
